SHIPPING

Getting your VITAMAN products to you in a timely manner is our top priority. 

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

We prioritize the processing, picking, and packing of our orders based on the date and time the order was received.

During peak SALE times, there may be minor delays to this standard turnaround time.

Standard flat shipping rates apply to all orders in Australia (unless otherwise specified):

Shipping costs for international orders are based on package weight and will be calculated at checkout. If we do not currently ship to your country, please contact us for a quote at VITAMAN Customer Service

Shipping Protection - $2.95 Per Order

We highly recommend that you add Shipping Protection to your order. 

This will cover you for loss, theft or damage to your goods within 14 days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged we will issue a replacement if transit cover has been taken out. 

If you do not add Shipping Protection to your order, we are also no longer liable for your parcel, as once it is with the courier, it is out of our control.
